The history of c9 through objects
Hello my dear c9 community, lately i have been wandering around cities/continents and i have found very interesting the way c9 tell us their history around their world, not through CGI or directly like some other games, but through the objects or npc just like the "dark souls" franchise and i wanna cover this time how some classes are portrayed through the lore we find in objects like armor, weps, etc. This opportunity im gonna talk about "the whichblades", as the majority of the player base alredy know witchblade is one of the oldest races aside with shaman, fighter and hunters, the game told us witchblades are women that are capable of using powerfull magics but also have the physical capabilities to used deadly sword techniques and like you alredy know guys this race is divided in 4 classes, each with their own differences and similarities, im gonna tell you guys some famous representatives of the classes through c9`s history, let`s start then.
Warden: when we talk to the portal mage in vimpeli and in waterford we can find there were 4 personalities of this class
Rikna:The hsitory told us that she was a lonely witch that lived on the forest, she was admire by Karis and Orfeo for her beauty and her skill with the sword, both of them asked for her hand but she never married so we can guess she died alone
Sophie Chandrine:The history told us she was the lover of the ice spirit "Nersimo", the story say his love for this witch was so big that his feelings got corrupted and a curse fall upon his loved witch, because of this curse her whole body was covered in frost, the guilt that the spirit felt for the fact that her lover was dying because of this make him break his promise(the story didn`t say what exactly was this promise) and he died before her, the story say she forged a weapon in Nersimo`s memory. A somewhat tragic story if you ask me
Shel Pirix:The history told us she was a famous assassin that fought in the "Origin War"(i wonder what kind of war was this), the story say she could reanimate the corpses of her victims in a instant making them become in mindless eskeletons(an assassin warden necromancer, that sound really interesting
), in her last mission she took off her life before getting captured, she rised again but not as a witch but as one her mindless skeletons.(this warden was a real badass for me at least )
Mitchell Solin:Sadly there is no much information about this one aside that she liked to collect necros and she enjoyed entombing them in ice
Slayer: Just like warden there is 4 personalities of this class
Narunin:The history told us that the akene`s tears form a spring of water all around glenheim, the witchblade narunin extracted the essence of this water to forge a armor.
Mistress Ursula:The history told us that she was a heroic witchblade, her people lived oppressed and in constant attacks(the story didn´t tell us that she liberated her people however we can guess she actually did), now that witchcraft was not a crime she trained another witchblades and lead them through the good path(an admirable witchblade if you ask me)
Pincher Clan:The history told us that it was a group that worshiped the power of darkness and made sacrifices each year to imbue a weapon with darkness powers, the onwers of this weapons were tormented by nightmares but in exchange they gained huge powers(a scary group of witchblades if you ask me)
Willow Solin:Again there is no much info about her except that she was exceptionally good at throwing daggers, also there is a rumor that say she even won a dagger throwing game against pivilto rival(i will talk about him later if you like this post

Bladedancer:Again 4 personalities
Elysha:There is not much info about her except that she was very proud from being a "witchblade".
Onresha:The few info i could find about her is that she was so beautiful that not even a million flower petals would match her beauty, also she is the autor of the sarad book set.
Anatni:The history told us she was one of the most powerfull bladedancers ever known(very impressed), she defeated over a thousdand enemies in the battle
Vanessa Solin:The history told us that she used to be called the "Singing Bladedancer" because used to have arc blade with a unique hole that make a sound everytime she swing it(this could potentially being the heaven`s glare not 100% sure)
NightStalker:There is 4 personalities again but there is almost no info about them except for 1
Myu Analise:Sadly there is any info about her in the game, despite that there is objects
Dea Scarlet:Same here aswell
Vermice Lily:Same here aswell
Crea Solin:The hisotry say she was a legendary nightstalker, that her chain blade and armor were so tainted by evil ghost and nightmares that others nightstalker could not evne bear to touch them(this could mean that probably his weapon and armor were forged with monsters blood and corpses who knows o_o, still quite interesting to me).
So in short we could say wtichblades some of them were lonely women, some of them were loyal lovers, some of them were beautiful warrior, some of them were a force to be reckoned with, some of them sacrife for the greater good and some of them only wanted to be at peace with the nature and its surroundings, there is still much that need to be covered but for now thats all im gonna talk about the c9 lore through the objects, let know what you think guys in the comments and if you like the idea i will cover other classes and other subjects aswell, i hope you enjoyed
