Looking for a good MMO with...

Hello all. First of all, thanks for reading.
haven't played the game yet so I'm counting on you guys to tell me if I reached a good MMO. My requirements are simple:

-good story telling with some CGs and questlines.
-crafting system (I'm a bit tired of thos MMOs that you can only master one profession.
-I'm a PVP hater, but I don't mind games that have it, as long I'm not forced into it in "any point of the game". I'm tired of those games that you have missions/quests that requires you to go to specific area where there's an open pvp map. I like to chill and enjoy the PVE content, and don't bother or be bothered by anyone.
-F2P, P2W, B2P, Sub? What's the gaming system?
-pet system?
-is there anything in the game that at some point I'll have to invest real money to progress or all bought content is cosmetic?
-is it downloadable withtout steam? I rather have the game without steam.

That's all for now. As you guys answer these few questions and if interests me I'll be back for more info.
